  1. We’ll give a first pass look at an opportunity you’re considering investing in and look for any red flags.
  2. If we don’t find any deal breakers, we’ll invite the sponsor to present to our group of seasoned investors and fund managers. After seeing their pitch the group peppers them with specific questions on the market, their team, and the investment.
  3. If we’re satisfied with their answers we conduct our 220-point due diligence deep dive with a ‘Go’ or ‘No Go’ Report.
